being of a 'mature' age and having got the 'drive it like you stole it' thing out of my system with a clean license I'm now very satisfied to poodle around at a more sedate speed.

I drove the 2.8 and the new 2.0 and apart from the glorious sound of the 6 didn't really notice any real world performance difference so I went for the 184 BHP 2.0 twin turbo with a few extras. with a 0 -60 of 6.9 seconds its a bit slower than the Porsche but much quicker than the daily diesel

The ride difference between this one and the previous model is astonishing, that little button in the middle makes it change from a smooth cruiser into a sharp handling squatter.

At the moment I just keep looking at the pics in the brochure and smiling

Hummm, mature age... not drive it like you've stolen it... yeah, I thought that for the first week of owning a 6 second car, then once every so often, the demon's appear...

If you ever go for a summer 'Zed cruise' with the Forum in the countryside, 30/40 zones get respect, then that hidden demon reappears when the National Speed zones arrives to deplete the ozone layer.

I know, but after the novelty of the Porsche wore off I rarely made use of the wonderful performance on offer

Lovely country roads where I live, easy access to Snowdonia fantastic with the top down. This will be my 4th modern soft-top (MGF, MX5 Boxster and now Z4)

Probably was the light in your garage, the leather is more like cream in the first picture, but is white in the second one. It will be hard to keep the leather clean.
