Does it really matter a tuppeny toss what people do to their cars? Half the people on here seem hell bent on altering what BMW spent millions on developing! If people want to make their cars individual then that's fine ... personally I think black grilles and black wheels look awful, and those little add-on wings, but I wouldn't tell anyone they shouldn't do it. As for Ms, I'm sure the owners are very proud of them but they shouldn't kid themselves they're better than new Z4s, well the 340bhp ones anyway! I ran an E-Type for a few years, both on the road and in light competition, mostly classic stuff in Italy, and I was very proud of that one but I never imagined that it was better than a modern Jaguar ... it all moves on and even just 10/11 years makes a difference. So, if anyone wants to cover their car in funny little badges, let them get on with it ... I think I'll leave my M badge on the boot and hope nobody confuses the car for an old one and I'm also considering sky-blue-pink for the wheels and grille. Oh, and winding up anal types at least means there are a few small pleasures left in life! ...![]()
