It doesn't say what tyres are included, but if they think Marshal's are an 'upgrade' then I assume they'll be Linglongs or something.

Normal offset for 18" elipsoids (type 107) are ET47 (8J) front and ET50 (8.5J) rear - the ones for sale are ET38 (8.5J) front and ET40 (9.5J) rear.

Welcome :D

0.5" wider front wheels, and 1" wider rear wheels.

I'm not sure on the offset difference there, what will be important is rubbing on the inside and/or outside front and rear.

£40 extra for Marshal tyres too, what do they come with as standard? I'd want some good branded tyres and that might push the price up near £1000 easily!

Good luck with whatever you get though :)

cheers guy's i'll probably give these a miss, the same company do some similar but 8 fronts and 9 rears plus the spokes are thicker which look better also they said they can uprade them with some brand name tyres. i'll get some pics up soon aswell, cheers again

use a wheel offset calculator such as http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp to determine the dimensions, they will normally tell you how much further the new wheels will stick out etc.

oh yes and :worthless:

i agree, tires are so important. but the rims look great ... but how much do they weigh? don't really want anchors. some rims are over 40 lbs each, i would try to buy something under 30 bls.

of course, ideally, you want something under 20 bls, but then you are spending AT LEAST $2500 USD for the rims alone

There are several very good quality SSR and O.Z. wheels that weigh 18~19 lbs and cost less than $1600 USD for the set.
