Depends what tyres you put on them.

Well lets make the assumption they've both got the same tyres on..

What's the weight differnece then? Only reason I ask, is that sometimes reps are pretty hefty... and I imagine that wheels designed for the CSL will be light(er)

Jamiez, I absolutely love the look of your car! Midnight Blue and CSLs suit the ///MC!

Cheers - its like having 2 cars in one - dark blue and black :)

I do like the Morr wheels, but aren't they more expensive than the OEM CSLs?

Love the Morrs on Dubsesd's ///M

In that case....can I have one

Not sure of the exact weight but they are lighter than OEM Beedub weighed his I think might be the one to ask

You're right Tom, I got my set from PH and they had some light kerbing on the fronts, the lacquer was lifting on one wheel, but stripped them down, repaired the kerbing with the correct 2 pack filler and resprayed, Ideally I wish I'd have gone with a brighter silver but I was told that the Shadow Chrome is a bugger to spray and keep the colour consistent, there are OEM's out there but be careful plenty of people try to sell Reps as OEM, there's a company on eBay called " the wheel doctor " selling as OEM for £1000 but IMO they are Reps

^^ Yeh I saw those yesterday Darren, certainly look replica (no BMW stamp).

Nice to see dishonesty and fraud is still ripe in the world :headbang:

I've emailed as a ' punter' to ask for more pictures of the backs but nothing was forthcoming

Glad I read that....as I also saw them and took a liking to the diamond cut ones...

Sucks how ppl lie to make money

The ones on ebay are also a different offset to OEM CSLs I believe.

I'd really like a set of OEM but not sure I have the patience to wait for a decent set! And I'm personally not that against reps. There is a company called CMWheels who are quite active on m3cutters and sell loads on there, they have some reps and m3cutters forum seem to highly recommend the quality etc. £500 delivered which from what I've seen is cheap even for reps

You can certainly buy brand new, OEM
CSL wheels from Simpson Motorsport (or you could a few months ago when I last checked). They'll cost you about £1,600 IIRC. Certainly if I buy any, that's where I'll get them from if BMW don't play ball.

mine.... heavily spaced to allow fitment of wider track tyres, -3 camber upfront......

I didn't realise they were available to buy brand new. Checked out Simpson Motorsport, £1872 inc vat! Ouch not sure I would spend that on them to be honest. Hopefully some will come up used, would pay used price for them but anymore and my missus would kill me if she found out haha
