i recently noticed a wet patch under my 03 3.0 just below the front of the drivers door. when i ran my hand along the underside of the cill i noticed that the jacking point rubbers were wet and if i pulled them some water seeped out. I then removed both of the jacking points rubbers and and about a couple of pints of water drained out, does anyone know if there are drain holes in the cills or is it a problem of water getting in from somewhere. any help would be appreciated

do you park your car on a slope?

the roof drains drain onto a sill bit on the rear wheel arch and if on a slope will run down to the front wheel through the sill, but there are a few drains there which on your car might have become blocked.

check these..

I'm hearing sloshing water in the drivers side sill. I'll check those plugs and look for drain clogs. Very strange sound. Hopefully it's just a clogged drain hole

Hey guys, sorry to ressurect an old thread, but i am having this same problem, i havent managed to look under my car yet as my other car has died so been working on that, but are this drain holes easily acesible, will i be able to see them just by getting underneath.
