Today, I completed my de-tango mission. Tomorrow my car will no longer have amber headlights
However, my success comes with 2 sad stories
1. My OEM strut bar (the one which is made up of two bars, which join in the middle of the engine bay at the rear) - has come off its nearside strut mount. Is this a weld job to get it fixed??? The nut is still in place, it's like the metal has snapped at the join to the strut
2. I disconnected the battery to do the headlights. The headlights have some sealant which needs to dry. I tried to start the car to tuck it up in the garage over night, but when I turned the key something went "pop" and now no dash lights, nothing. I have disconnected the battery again, and hope I havent done any damage.
Anyone have experience of either of these issues? Help!
Adam
