OEM Sat Nav integration with BMW systems

[Been a while, hi everyone]

Anyone had experience of fitting something like this:

Specifically integration with BMW Bluetooth, steering wheel controls, I'm a complete novice to this sort of thing can it all work together or am i just living in wonderland?

Any help would be really appreciated.

Hardly anyone has done it hence the lack of response I suppose, but that head unit does look good if you can get it to work. I would probably get the bluetooth module for that particular unit instead of trying the integrate the BMW bluetooth with a new head unit.
 
Biggest problem with this type of unit is that it just doesnt look OEM, which in the Z4 IMO just looks wrong. I thought about it before retrofitting OEM Nav.
