OEM nav screen signal

So I’ve got a screen that I’m happy with. It has video in via 3.5mm jack. Is there a way to decode the signal that would have gone to OEM screen to phono / jack?

It's unlikely that the video output of the 20+ year old design of the nav computer is anything approaching a standard, let alone one with really available composite converters.

Isn't that unit that was being discussed on here a month or so back have the option to get the functions to be displayed on the new screen?
