oem KPH dial or cheap euro instrument cluster

As the title says looking for this to retrofit to imported uk 2003 3.0l,don’t need mph anymore as based in France and my eyes ain’t what they used to bekph only is a much cleaner look and I will be soon fitting royals retrimmed mtfsw so can change this at the same time.

Rob ..are you changing just the Dial faces over..as changing the complete unit will enable the dreaded Black Dot. Changing only the faces over is your best option..easy enough.

Yes mate,just the face only.I just thought I’d ask on here before ebay or going aftermarket on the off chance someone had one knocking about (a long shot I know)as the forum is mainly uk based.

I am in the same boat UK car in Spain so I change the dial faces for some high quality ones from Venoxy. Looks much cleaner and easier to read with just KPH on the dial face. A tad bit expensive but the quality is on another level compared to the ones you get on eBay, also can be reverted back to standard at any time without any damage.

I looked at venoxy and they seem to offer gauges for e89 only,I really want to keep it oem and have seen a lhd cluster on eBay so will probably go down that route at least I’ll have some spare bulbs

Yes mate,nice in depth vid that and seems to be an easy job,no drilling involved unlike my e36 cluster I recently took apart.

Venoxy do them for the E85 as well, if it isn't on their website just drop them a line. They can do faces which are an exact copy of the original too.

Venoxy do them for the E85 as well, if it isn't on their website just drop them a line. They can do faces which are an exact copy of the original too.

I’ll see if I get a reply from this eBay seller first,a polish company called moman do them also,a fair bit cheaper than venoxy

Just had a look on their website, prices seems to be similar. If I remember correctly it cost me around 50€ But looking at their website I think either one Moman or Venoxy you wont go wrong.

Found complete unit on eBay,worked out not that much more expensive than new gauges and looks much cleaner than mph unit and I believe this can actually be coded to work complete by bmw?
