All of the above - would be good at £850 and then a refurb...

How did you come up at that price?

CSL's new are £1700 and say £600 worth of tyres which are 70% worn in their optimum tread.

So you're saying wheels are worth 50% of new and the tyres are free?

I'm just curious as I have a refurbished set of CSL's with 0.5mm worn tyres so I'd hate to think what mine are worth.

This is their home page, lots of lovely stuff on here.

Don't know where they are in Germany though.

agree.... over priced, due to refurb and needing new tyres soon these need to be 1000. you'll get them for that if he was offered it, price now at 1100.

He's not had a comment or a sniff on them in almost 3 weeks , , i'd bid him £850 & not go above £900 :o
As soon as he drops to £1000 someone will buy & run them as they are , they wouldn't do for a real enthusiast but there will be someone who'l live with them as they are

They could be over 10 years old and you don't know their history....just not worth it in my opinion £600 max....surely better saving the money up and paying the extra for a new set.

As stated here, new can be had for ~£1700, but then there is no need to refurb, no risk of wheels having been repaired, or being buckled etc.

If the wheels can be demonstrated to be straight and damage free, £1000 is probably a fair price.

These will sell at 1k without too much issue.

totally agree with that, they aren't exactly a rare item either, sort after but not rare. if it was me i would be paying over 900. Infact i wouldn't buy them and wait for a better set to come up.

Not saying they won't sell at that price, but just find it strange that they do seem to fetch 75% of the new RRP when they could be over 10 years old and could have covered over 100k miles....totally bizarre what people will pay.

these exact wheels were on my car when you saw it yesterday lol. Rear tyres will need changing soon, I probably could have waited for a better set but I wanted the original wheels back on my car asap and he was localish.

Was good to meet you, I wanted to stick around for a bit and check out your gruppe M. I heard it sounds amazing.
