OEM CSL wheels

Good evening all.

I am in the market for some genuine 19 inch CSL wheels, just wanted to check if they will go straight onto a Z4MC.

Can't seem to find set of decent used ones so think I will have to buy new, best quote so far is £1600, (worst £2300) does anyone know if this is competitive.

They'll go straight on, I had 12mm hub centric spacers on the front of mine, £1600 is a very good price, I paid £1740 with 10% discount and no need for a CSL chassis number from Bridgwater BMW Taunton, which dealer are you getting them from? :driving:
 
CS wheels are narrower than CSL's 1/2" iirc.

Thanks for this, seems a rather well trodden path this subject!!!!

Ive had 2 quotes through a couple of forums, cutters and cslr, both quite close, one is Cotswolds BMW and not sure of the other at the moment (have asked for clarification).

BTW has anyone ever seen a 1m coupe wheel fitted or is that not possible?

The rears of CS and CSL are identical. It is only the fronts which are 1/2 inch narrower.

I was quoted £1400 for CS From Soper.

I quite like the idea of running the same circumference / width wheel as stock with the CS alloy albeit with a slightly slimmer tyre wall.

Someone on here had a set for sale but it was too soon for me and they sold.
 
Thanks for your help chaps, have ordered the wheels today and should be with me Monday.

Just need to sort the tyres now, as these seem a popular choice for many members on here I was hoping people could recommend a good tyre set up, the car will be running stock suspension and I won't be doing any track days on them.

Me? No they are genuine but currently wearing the wrong size tyres (Stock M3 19" tyre size, 225/255). Supersports in 235/265 to follow. Just been refurbed in shadow chrome by Lepsons. :thumbsup:

Ah- yes unfortunately the wheels had been refurbed previously at it was a rather awful job. The alloys then went to Lepsons for the shadow chrome refurbishment last month and they had to take away quite a large amount of metal due to the awful refurb previously. You can see the markings but they are quite faint on the alloy at the front. The other 3 alloys are much better. They have the markings I really care about though (BBS Inside). Was a shame about the lettering but for freshly refurbed alloys by lepsons I got them for a bargain, barely any more than what the refurb cost.
