I have an OEM car cover part number 82110417600. http://www.realoem.com/bmw/partxref.do?part=82110417600&showus=1&showeur=&details=1
It came with my Zed when I bought it 2.5 years ago. It's my good fortune that my home in the US and Germany both have triple garages. So I've never even bothered to take the cover out of it's bag until last Friday. It does appear to have been lightly used by the prior owner. As there is a little wheel dirt at the bottom corners. The prior owner also cut the straps that held the bag to the cover and put in a "port" for the antennae. It really is in great shape though. Here is a link to a few photo's. http://s1012.photobucket.com/albums/af244/k12lt/bmw%20Z4/

So here's the deal. This web site is a great place and full of great info. But I'm sure it's not cost free to run. Make me a reasonable offer for the cover. If I find it fair and accept it. Then the buyer makes that payment as a donation to the site. And I'll post the cover to you.

I have posted on this link http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=40125#p561624 as it looks like same cover is being sought.

Inkey$.

May your new car cover give your Zed many years of protection. Now to see how small I can make this cover for the Bundespost. Fair warning Inkey$. It may be wrapped in plastic with tape or parachute cord around it to keep it compressed.

Thanks fellas for the kind words. Seemed the right thing to do. I'm retired and just a man about town these days. And I shudder to think of the time, effort and cash it would take to run this site. and a day job as well. Kudos to Sp3ctre and his assistants.

Cheers

Very well then.
I'll get to it.
To bad the timing didn't work out. I plan on making a road trip to the Harrogate area soon to help some friends that just moved there. But alas. I'm not sure when the household shipment will arrive. Also plan on having a look at where my ancestors came from (Worcestershire) before they headed over to join those pesky American colonist's in the 1600's.

cheers

Arrived today and cant wait to cover the lady (so to speak). Big big shout out to BigDog

Looks like the Fraulein at the Bundespost was bang on. 4 business days.
So how do you like that little parachute cord connector? Handy little devils they are.

Hope the cover serves you well.

Cheers
