oem bluetooth with 2 fones ?

hi all,

im tempted to do the bluetooth retrofit - i know some people say it's pants etc, but i want the oem side of things - i have a decent kit sitting on my garage floor i could use if i wasn't bothered otherwise.

question is - i tend to carry two fones around with me (one work one personal) and really need the ability to be able to either flick between them easily or have both paired to the system.

some of the aftermarket kits do this very well, particularly the Sony Ericsson one i have, but if the oem one doesn't do this even slightly well, it's a no brainer. i don't want to have to repair them every time i change.

has anyone tried this ?

BMW set up lets u run up to 4 phones on Bluetooth. I have 2 work OK. Both Nokia. Have heard some makes don't work too well but Nokia seem OK

I have 3 phones paired with my Z. Works fine - but only one can be connected at any one time and there doesn't seem to be a way of prioritising which phone should connect.

So, when I have my work phone and my personal phone with me I need to make sure I turn bluetooth of on the one which I don't want to pair up. Otherwise (in theory) it's a 50/50 which one gets connected - although one of them does seem to 'win' much more often than the other.

awesome thank you - that's pretty much what the other kits seem to do, even though u can choose it in their software.

the 50/50 concept works for me =)
