Occasional rough idle on start!

I have a 2003 Z4 2.5 automatic, for the most part the car works good however every now and then I start the car and the idle is rough (1000/1200rpm)? When I shut the car off and try a restart is seems okay?? Not sure what is going on so wondering if someone may have had a similar problem. Up until the last time it happened I just shut it off and restarted and it was fine. The last time it did it I let it run and did get a OBD code P16B9. Had the brake light on "yellow" service engine light and one more pretty much the same lights in the video I posted.
