So we have moved from cars, to pension investment me and now the kitchen. Looking forward to the next episode of johns's channel 8)

Is it sad that this caused me to start searching for a thread on pensions?

Ditto

And yeah, I use my bullet pretty regular too - bags of frozen mango from Tesco for £2 are good basis for some sweet smoothies, also used to quickly make guacamole few times, and have just recently gone posh with my coffee making, buying beans for 1st time - bullet makes good grinder.

Interesting, I bought my brother one last year and have been considering it as an addition/substitution to lunch as I want to get healthier and lose some body fat.

What makes it so easy to clean?

I'm thinking of getting a "double bullet" one for me and the other for the gf.

Well all you've got is the main motor body that is sealed, no need to touch that, so all you do is fill whichever sized jug you want with friut etc, then screw the thin plastic disc that has the cutter blades to the jug, tip it upside down and click the cutter disc and jug into the motor body which starts the motor, leave for a few seconds, click the jug and cutter disc off, unscrew the disc from the jug, pour your smoothie out then all you've got to wash is the jug and cutter disc, takes 5 seconds to rinse under a hot tap or chuck it in the dishwasher, it could'nt be any easier or quick, product is chopped very finely as some people don't like lumps. They really are worth their money, simple, quick, perfect for people that can't be bothered with faff. You're not left with pulp or peel stuck into nooks or crannies that you need to scrape out with a knife, literally rinse it under a tap.

Actually....it could be easier - to wash you just put some hot water into the jug/cup & put onto the bullet, so kinda washes the jug & blade itself.

Top tip...

You would still have to quickly rinse both after that though as there would still be residue left. But we're getting pedantic, it's a doddle to clean is'nt it. :D

Slowly Paul, still not driving but another couple of weeks and we'll be nearly there hopefully.

Hey and don't you worry, we've got some fizz and excitement coming for next week, I won't spoil it with too much detail but for a teasing taster: we've got CRUMBS...a back to back test of the 10 most popular dust pans and brushes, plus tea towel folding...how to make your washing up linen look like a swan, to name but two, plus many many more. A fun packed week to look forward to I'm sure you'll agree.
