ben g said:As above. My dad has a locking wheel bolt remover tool. It basically latches on the the bolt and chews into it, giving it something to grip to. You then undo as you would any other bolt.

What you also can do is mig weld a nut on it (hold it with pliers and mig weld the center) and pray that it's strong enough.
