took it pretty well when you think about the speed it got hit at and how the passengers compartment looks - aka just a seat pushed in.

I was there the day after that happened , it was caused by a mclaren breaking its gearbox on the first hour of the track opening on the Sunday hence the Monday was the busiest Monday evening session I've ever witnessed as the track remained closed all day Sunday , there's a video of the accident on bridgetogantry

Pretty sure it's the same crash , I've seen another version of the crash and a few other cars arrive on the scene and run into the cars already involved . Your right though , he almost got away with it but its an easy 120mph down there without trying to hard , he did very well to catch it at all

Poor z! On a side not just after the crash how calm is the marshal waving the flag as another e36 loses it just ahead of him!
