Remember, these numbers are only for the US. I do not have the data for the rest of the world.

If the 1815 is for the entire North America and not just the states, then I believe in Canada they can order special colors for $3k~4k CDN. A friend of mine has a laguna seca blue E46 325Ci ordered from the factory.

Or maybe they were ordered by two of the BMWNA higher-ups.

Neither was Carbon Black, which is why it's curious. The file does include Canada and Mexico, but I'd think if special order colors were available there we'd see more than just 2 cars done in non-standard shades.
