Number5's Alpina Roadster #019

Number5

Elite
 Bristol M4/M5
Although I vowed that I'd never sell it, the time has come to part company with my beloved Alpina Roadster S Lux, build #019 that i've owned since 2015

The reason for sale is that toward the end of last year, I had the opportunity to pick up an identical car with sub 50k miles on and it was too good an opportunity to miss. Now that lock-down is about to ease and I am happy with the replacement, I am ready to sell #019

Forum members will probably be familiar with my Alpina as its been featured in many posts on here together with wining a number of the monthly photo competitions , It was slightly modified with custom headlights and clear side repeaters when I first got it but I've recently reverted it all back to original factory spec (all bar the third brake light which would normally be red and a stubby aerial, which aids using the dust cover)

The car is fully loaded with all of the usual E85 Top spec items including:-
- Xenon Headlights
- Heated Sports Seats
- 6 Stack CD
- Pop up Sat Nav
- Rear Parking Sensors

In addition it has the usual Alpina enhancements like:-
- 3.4L Six Cylinder Hand built B3S engine
- Alpina Body Styling Front & Rear
- Alpina Embossed Sport Seats
- Purple Borg Clock/Dials
- Leather Dash and console with green/blue Alpina Stitching
- Matching stitched Grab Handles
- Alpina Stainless Exhaust system
- Alpina badged Wind Deflector

The Car is also sat slightly lower than standard on a Bilstein B12 Sports suspension kit completely refurbished only 15k miles back and provides superb handling. The Roof motor was replaced in 2018 and relocated to the boot

Within my ownership, I've had the wheels have been refurbished and are all fitted with Goodyear F1 tyres, all showing about 4mm+. The car has been garage stored at all times when not in use and any required work done, including an Inspection 2 completed this month by Ross at RBM (Bowser134 on this forum) Its now showing 91,200 miles

The Alpina is a very different drive the the M Roadster. Its a lot smoother through the range with torque available in any gear and at low speed, which makes it very comfortable to cruise. However, it can compete more than comfortably with the M's when asked as has been evident on the many trips I've undertaken with other forum members all driving M Coupes and Roadsters.

Alpina only made 367 of theseRoadster S's of which only 167 were Right Hand Drive. There are estimated to be somewhere around 100 RHD left and therefore they are an appreciating classic.

The car comes with all Booklets, Documentation and two working keys. I can provide walkaround video's via whatsapp and can provide a link to BMW's last C-it-now independant Healthcare Video report, filmed a week ago if required.

I'm asking for £14,995,
The car is in Bristol and available to view but Test drives only available subject to refundable deposit as I 'm not looking to entertain people just out to experience an Alpina (sorry if that sounds harsh)

I’ve seen this car many times and driven it too, it’s a beautiful car and drives faultlessly, shouldn’t think it will hang around for long at that price, it’s a beaut :driving:

I’m not an Alpina expert but that looks like a much better bet than most of the Z4Ms...lovely condition and well priced IMHO

Somebody is going to get a lovingly cherished car.. :driving:

Stunning and I love the fact that in your second picture from the top you managed to get the old severn bridge closed so you could take the photo

Wow that went quick, not overly surprised though, I’ve seen this zed and it’s very nice indeed.
