Hi All,
I have decided to put my beloved Z4 up for sale.
About the car and whats been done mechanically to her. I acquired the car in January 2014 from the previous keeper in Warminster. Currently just under 88K but used as a daily commuter to work.
I have the drains regularly cleared when serviced. A must if you keep her outside and do not want water getting to the hydraulic roof pump.
Mot July 2017
Last (mid) service interval oil & filter change @ 83241 miles.
The car is a 3.0L SE which has full electric seats and the factory Xenon headlamps. Factory fitted wind deflector which mounts on the under side of the boot for storage. M Sport suspension.
Brake system pressure sensors changed in 2014.
Clutch delay valve deletion.
Rocker gasket.
Braided clutch hose.
Braided stainless brake pipes.
Poly bushed front wishbones
Front and rear discs 2014
OSF headlamp washer fixed.
Drivers side window regulator changed.
New starter motor.
New battery
O/S headlamp unit replaced.
DIFF & Gearbox oil change Nov 2014
I have tried to photograph the car in between the rain showers! Hence the interior is not as clean as it should be.
The drivers bolster is worn (see pics) This is repairable with a quality kit. The ash tray insert needs replacing. I do not smoke.
The car has minor marks here and there relative to her age.
I have used "Renovo" to clean, re blacken and seal the hood twice a year. NO leaks!
Hydraulics work fine.
Wheels as pics show - ok on the outside but could do with a refurb.
I am asking £4K.
If you are interested after looking at the pics and have any more questions PM me.
If you do decide its what you want I also have a multi function steering wheel which has been recovered by "Royals." The controls are the correct BMW and work perfectly. So open to negotiation if you want that as well.
I would rather she goes to someone off the forum.
Sorry but posted quickly before work! Car is in Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
Will try and sort the extra pic re the bolster.
Regards
Chris

Dear all,
Now sold to Simon and I wish him the best with the car. I have had three years of enjoyable motoring. When I first got her having a convertible was new territory. I am so glad I did. The car never failed to put a smile on my face.
I would like to say a thanks to all my fellow forum members for the years of advice, wisdom and humour! I shall continue to visit and one day I may have another Zed.
Thanks ...
Chris
