I am putting my ZMR up for sale as I have decided I need a V8 before a) they are taxed out of existence or b) I am forced to have a sensible car to cart kids around in… This is the best car I’ve owned to date, and despite my fears about reliability has never missed a beat. So much so that I’m almost regretting spending £900 a year on a warranty!

The car is in stunning (to my eyes) combination of ruby black metallic with extended champagne nappa leather.

It has the following factory fitted options (codes courtesy of the dealer I bought it from):

  • - (4ML) ‘Individual’ interior with Extended nappa leather in champagne and piano black interior trim
    - (494) Front heated seats
    - (609) Navigation system professional
    - (612) BMW connected drive
    - (620) Voice control
    - (633) Bluetooth phone prep and telematics

Service/maintenance history

  • - 22.01.07 - Sold new by Benham BMW, Wolverhampton (First registration date was 22.12.2006)
    - 30.01.07 – 777 miles, running in check at Rydale BMW, Oldbury
    - 12.05.08 – 14,874 miles – first service (oil) at Nick Whale BMW, Warwick
    - 28.01.09 – 18,719 miles - Purchased by yours truly from Sytner, Leicester as approved used. I am the second owner.
    - 08.04.09 – 20,222 miles – 4 wheel laser wheel alignment at Drury Lane service centre, Oldham
    - 29.12.09 – 26,875 miles – Inspection 1 service at David Holmes BMW, Stockport
    - 13.05.11 – Had front o/s wing panel replaced at Williams BMW bodyshop, Stockport (nee David Holmes) as I had scraped it in a multi storey car park (Don’t ask..). An eye watering bill but wanted to keep it looking good and wasn’t convinced a repair would have been good enough.
    - 28.06.11 – 39,081 miles – Oil service at Williams BMW, Stockport

The next service is not due for another 13k miles
Current mileage is 40,947.
It is taxed until December, MOT until June 12.

I have all receipts since I purchased it. It had two new rear tyres in mid 2010 which are in good nick still (I don’t drive it hard enough clearly). Fronts lower but have some life left in them.
Bodywork is generally in good condition, a few minor surface scratches which will polish out (It's been on my to do list for a while). There is some wear to the driver’s side seat bolster as a result of me having to squeeze myself out of the car in my garage. One of the alloys seems to be a bit corroded round the edge (I hadn’t noticed until I cleaned it for the pictures).

Subscriptions

It has a Tracker fitted with the tracker monitor subscription which I pay for on an annual basis (costs £149).
I have kept the BMW warranty extended at the ‘comprehensive’ level (the highest), which I pay for on a monthly basis at £77 per month. This can be transferred to a new owner if required.

I think £14,750 is a realistic price based on other examples for sale. I am located in Manchester.

I will add some photos when I work out how to do it..

PM me if interested, would prefer not to post my phone number on the public forum.

...hummm interesting. Maybe i need to start thinking about selling my PY 3.0si.... :?

Question - does it have the logic7 hifi?

Hopefully the price is realistic rather than too cheap! @Jamiez, no it doesn't have a Logic Hi-fi, however the standard one seems more than adequate (and I like my audio equipment).
