I didn't realise I had bought Jamiez car cover off ebay till he delivered it - doh. Well, his MC was so clean that it shamed me into cleaning mine for the first time since ..... well it was way before the Winter anyway!

A wash with Meguiars gold car shampoo, coat of Poor Boy's Wet Mirror gloss magnifier and a couple of coats of Dodo Juice Purple Haze later and I remember why I bought a black car. :D

They're my winter wheels by the way - 108s in the garage waiting to go back on. Although with the weather the way it is at the moment that will probably be around June!

That looks lovely and tbh i prefer those wheels to your 108's which haven't dated well
 
I must admit I'm tending to like the 32s better than the 108s as well. I might just swop the tyres over in the Summer. If we ever get above 7C that is!

I rather fancy some AC Schnitzer Type 3s. I think they look good on the Coupe.

Damnit. I decided not to clean mine again today, and now you've made me want to go do it with your black loveliness :headbang:

Extra hour of daylight though, so perhaps doable in what is left of the day...

My 108s are waiting to go back on too - getting a bit fed up waiting to be honest. Personally I love them, but it did take 6 years for them to grow on me in the first place :P

your cars a beaut!! actually one of the nicest I've seen. looks amazing, wheels are v nice too.. way better than the standard ones most have. kinda wish I could go clean my car with black paint and bung on some wheels like that too.. good job! take it out for a photoshoot ;)

Thanks. It's trying to find the time at the moment as I'm away a lot. Going to get worse as well as I'll be spending the summer out in Afghanistan, hence the nice indoor cover for the Zed.
 
Take the z ;), looks bulletproof. You'll look like Knightrider going through the desert :)

Good luck in Afghanistan, just got back from there myself. The Zeds been in the garage with the cover on since Sept, she comes out today despite the lousy weather as I have just taxed her. Happy days :)

Thanks - thing is I'm spending far more time out there since I left the Army than when I was in it! :-?
Take care driving - it's always nice to get back in the Z after a break. :thumbsup:
 
I know where yor coming from, plenty of my mates are working out there since they left the mob.
Just got in the Zed to find that she wont start, battery need s to be charged... no shocks there really :(
hooked her up to the charger so hopefully i may be able to take her out for a spin later tonight :headbang:
