Now Come On.....

I can understand why people would put the roof up at 28+
The air connector definitely helps in the slower moving traffic but could be better. Would definitely feel more fresh with the roof up + air con blasting but I refuse!

I could never understand why many roadsters in France and Spain drove around in the afternoon with the hoods up = it's too damn hot and not a pleasant experience sitting in ball soup in a boiling hot car.

+1 for that unpleasant ball soup feeling

I think some of you roadsters are missing a trick. Top down and air con on are not mutually incompatible. Just driven 450 miles with the roof down and the air con pumping away when it got too hot and believe me it did get too hot. Also admit to putting the top up/air con on just to get some respite. Loving it regardless! :driving:

Oh dear just got in the shower and all that top down driving hasn't help my LA tan ! ..... :o
And ouch that water really hurts on my burnt bald spot - baseball cap where are you !
Need to cool off ..... :beerdive:

Having just bought the roadster 10 days ago, I can not believe my luck with the weather. Yeah, I'm lovin' it.

How slow do you have to go before the rain comes in anyway?

Sounds more like you guys "put up" with the heat baking you just to have the roof down experience. An early morning / late evening hoon sounds great in a roadster, but not in the daytime heat.

I'm perfectly happy in the coupé, roads are dry, sun is out, perfect hooning conditions  :driving:

I just leave the aircon on, works for me :?

Oh, and a baseball cap to protect my bum fluff covered bonce - though that looks pretty weird in a double cuff shirt and suit trousers
