Novice question - ginger lights?

Hi guys,

Feel a bit useless asking this question, but how do you switch on the amber/ginger part of a preface lift headlight.

I initially thought they didn't work, but when locking the car the lights do come on.

I just can't operate the light using the internal controls.

The picture you posted is daylight running lights US style however if your in the UK coding these to turn on like this would be illegal. Where in the world are you?!

The daytime running lights make the car look better, but not if it's illegal

If he was in the US then wouldn't this be on by default?

US sidemarkers can be enabled with coding but they are illegal in the UK (and would probably give you a few close shaves with people thinking you were indicating?) along with more attention from the rozzers.

There's also another method but I'm not telling :shutup:
