After reading every review in sight of every car on the planet I went out to buy a diesel Honda Accord estate.

and I came back with a Z4


Anyone else has bought the right thing by 'accident'?
 
Spent a year researching audi TT and went to view several. Bought a z4 after realising it was faster, better to drive and better equipped, all with a saving of 3k on the equivalent car. much pleased
 
Posted on here before.. Test drove a land rover freelander whilst swapping drivers in a village .. Wife and I said ... Quite nice here isn't it... Didn't buy the car but bought a house in that village the next week. :headbang:

Lived there very happily for 4 years .
 
We looked at the TT when it first came out. I ended up buying the showroom's 'TT Leather Jacket' instead. I think that worked out for the best too.

Yes Top Gear are not wrong on this one, unless it's supercharged, which mine wasn't.

I admit I wasn't looking for a Z4, just happened to come across one when looking for a 911/350/M3.

I was reminded by a thread in the newbie section about knowing what you want when you see it.

I do keep looking at coupes but er indoors thinks two Z4s is a bit unimaginative, expensive and idiotic.

Bound to happen then.
 
Was going to get a Mazda 3 MPS but at the last minute decided, why do I need more than 2 seats?! Hence I ended up with the Z :)
 
Went out one Sunday afternoon looking at cars for my wife and bought zed for myself instead. She talked me into it, honestly.
 
My wife was originally looking for a small Kia Picanto,Ford Ka etc but we passed a garage that had a Z in the forecourt and I happened to "guide" her in the right direction.... well the rest is history as they say :)

P.S I must say there is a slight performance upgrade from the ford ka to the z4 if anyone is concidering the two.
