This might be so done on here, not wishing to fuel a fire but driving in floods comes to mind....

Don't think if pay more than £500 for something like that.

I think people need to keep in mind with all the flooding that there will be a lot of cars 'written off' and they won't have moved at all. They will have been parked up in the garage, on the drive, in a car park or in the street. You cannot assume it has been driven to be written off.

News last night was reporting that the waters are only starting to subside in places so more cars will be written off.

Judging by the watermarks on the seats it looks like it's come up quite high and had been submerged for a bit of time to have left the marks it has.
 
If some one has the time and space to strip it, It's Worth more in bits.
Wheels, body parts etc.
