A Pbondar / Craig3.2 production..loosely based on the Grand Tour's NC500 trip shown on Amazon.

https://www.topgearbox.com/cars/entertainment/the-grand-tour/well-aged-scotch-the-grand-tour-series-3-episode-7-preview/

Starting and ending at Inverness and going clockwise this is an abbreviated /alternative route that takes part of the NC500 but cherry picks some of the great roads and fabulous scenery missed by the NC500.

It has the advantage (we hope) of avoiding quite a few of the camper vans / grockles / cyclists that share the NC500 route.

It is about 380 miles over the two full days which is quite a bit of driving, with a bit of flexibility if things need to be shortened / or things are going better than planned.

We are booking a hotel for the Satuday night shortly so an early indication of numbers would be helpful as accomdation is (very) limited in this part of the world..

I've posted this on behalf of Craig as it was referred to in the Scottish trips itinerary and I know some people's diaries are filling up..

An orderly queue here please:

1) Pbondar Peter/Mo E89 Yellow
2) Craig3.2 Craig/? Z4M Roasdter Blue

Cheers for posting this,I was just about to do it tonight, lol.

As said, a wee trip over 3 days,as opposed to 4-5 days of NC500, including travel to and from Inverness for some,Plan for this one is to do it over. Friday,(travel to Inverness) and Drives over Saturday and Sunday.

We will be looking to book Premier Inn, Inverness as a stopover for the Friday night, and hotel overnight on Saturday,at mid point of our route

We will be doing some of the Grand tour route, some of the NC500 route, and a few other bits added to the mix.
So,if you fancy it,get your names down :driving:
