Order a carbon fibre rear spoiler for my new 35is… :driving:

I expected air freight to be a bit quicker… :rofl:

Been a long wait… :tumbleweed:

Some years ago i ordered a 10 foot Da-lite projection screen from the US.
Ordered on Saturday, was at Houston cargo on Sunday, Heathrow on Monday.
Customs then held it till Wednesday and arrived on Thursday.

I'm sure the same ordered from UK supplier wouldn't have been faster. Pity it was held up at customs.

Yes I’ve had some very speedy dispatches from USA too..I think I had one in 5 days too, pretty good.

It’s a copy of another Chinese copy..so hopefully if the quality is ok then I’ll be content..

Maybe should have bought two last time , for a rainy day….
 
All depends on the shipping method. I do a fair bit of business with China and most of the time have goods shipped by Fedex which takes around a week to arrive in Spain, UK should be similar. Sometimes around busy periods there can be delays but even so I have never waited more than two or three weeks for goods to arrive.
 
A lot of items from outside the UK are very slow at the moment - absolute nightmare from a work point of view. Months waiting for things that would usually be next day.

Some BMW parts I've ordered from Europe have taken 1-2 months recently as well, just little interior bits like oddment tray and mat.

Ah well makes me feel better ..good job it wasn’t an ‘aircraft on ground’ type part I needed..

Might be the reason package was delayed, grounded aircraft.
