Not moving car for 6 weeks, advice

I dont know if you can leave the handbrake off with a stupid electronic hand brake?? :(

My CTEK has battery terminals you place on permanently.

You just have to plug it in and mate up with the supplied connector. Real handy.

This is of course in the boot.

Make sure your disks and brakes are dry before parking up as well. Stops them siezing up.

Hope you make a full recovery. I did my arm 34 years ago and still need to wear a wrist support

That engine bay looks amazing

Mrs cjp took the car out yesterday for a blast up the A1, when the engine was up to temp I told her to give it some beans... resulted in her changing gear at 4000 rpm....need to teach her that the red line is a target

Hopefully only another week till I can get behind the wheel, tried to move the steering wheel on the drive and resulted in a lot of pain

Ouch, get well soon. Must be awkward to be in the passenger seat of the Z4 :D

On the battery, I saw some people on a German E89 forum that had their cars in winter storage without battery charger and one of them even made it 5 months and just fired up first time :o
