How the hell did you speak to someone at PayPal, I’v just spent 20 mins being put from one message to another.
 
I rang barclaycard explained what happened I’ve got a new card coming as they say it’s been compromised with potentially the opportunity for the scamming sod to get more money

I’v managed to speak to someone at PayPal and was told if the scammer doesn’t take the money it will be refunded in 30 days.
Bit different to your 5 days.😠😠

I emailed PayPal whilst in work and they replied after a few hours. The first email I received was an automated reply, so I sent them another email and this time I got an actual person. They have refunded my money now :thumbsup:

Did it via my online account on the contact Us page and got a one time passcode. Got through to some one in about 2 minutes

Same here. Rang PayPal and spoke to someone within three minutes. Everything cancelled, funds to be returned within five days :)
 
Got an automatic refund today, I didn't get round to contacting Paypal, they just did it.
