Started up the Z to take my wife shopping and straight away the power steering bulb came on. Had to man handle the steering wheel while driving round the shops. While my wife was shopping I manged to get to the fuses only to find the fuse was OK but the glove box handle fell off. Another shop was near a bus stop so got my phone out and managed to get a Wi Fi signal from the bus to see what was wrong. Unfortunately the bus moved off so signal was lost. So I just drove along the road to my friendly Bosch garage to book it in for repair. Unfortunatley mechanic not very keen on electric power steering so i will need to see what happens. Again as the power steering is gone i won't be able to put the car back into the garage but on the good side my arm muscles are getting a work out thanks to 18" tyres.
