Always like to get out to the Northumberland coastline; headed out to Amble, Warkworth and lunch at Alnmouth.
Beautiful weather.

Looks like you had a great day driving in some lovely countryside

Just very envious as some of us have to work :(

Have to say your zed is looking very shiny Paul

Steph works 4 days a week so we can get out quite a bit - going out for a spirited drive is our relaxation and pastime - I'm lucky having a wife who likes going out in the Zed - it's our replacement for motorcycles. It's also been quite good weather these last couple of weeks so we tend to get out and make the most of it while the goings good!

Thanks Swiftly, The Stratus Grey can look quite shiney when strong light strikes it but it looks dull and lifeless in overcast situations - it IS growing on me though.

Please read through my post on the sooty exhaust and let me know what you think - thanks.

:driving:

Don't tell everybody its that tranquil up here! You know what will happen!

We are lucky tho!

Absolutely right - mind some of our favourite roads are in a poor state at the minute after a couple of poor winters and all the rain.

Will they be repaired?

:driving:

Fantastic photos. I know that route very well. Mostly in the Zed but often on the motorcycle. The view over the mouth of the Aln is a great photo. Well done and pleased you had a good day!

Very doubtful I fear! They always seem to have money for the clowncillors (sic) allowances, chief exec junkets and stupid art installations while we spend time dodging potholes!

The bunch of morons running Durham County while pleading poverty and raising the rates and not being able to maintain current roads, want to spend £32million on an unecessary link road! :headbang:
