Sars - always good to have an e89. Mrs G (jaRED) would prefer a more relaxed meet, so setting off together and splitting the meet into 2 en-route works well - lots of stopping points to meet up again.

Is 13th May coming out as generally best? Those who can't make that date could always join me on 29 April for a bit of reconnaissance :)

p.s. Si hope you can make it as I've never seen an Imola Coupe - and think it might be my fav combo (Sammyz might be there too in his Imola roadster)

I think the 13th has the most votes so far, so that's provisional, with a possible recon on the 29th!

I'll keep a list of attendees (on the first page) - let me know who's confirmed (Probable 9.30 for 10 start from Sutton Bank or Helmsley? Route details to follow by PM nearer)

Oi ! nothing wrong with my tax disc :) But may have one FA cup shaped one by then :wink:

I'll be there for sure on the 13th and I'm a maybe for the 29th as I've got a 16 mile walk on the Saturday, I normally only do about 8 to 12 so may be a bit too stiff.

Matt - I'm thinking a similar thing - might be missing out on Applecross too, so twice round Blakey Ridge might have to do. I'll add you in as a probable :thumbsup:

Grrrr.

It wouldn't manage a high speed run anyway, it has some "issues". The head gasket is in more parts than the original specification and it doesn't seem like there's a right lot of compression on a couple of the cylinders.

At the moment, I'm not having much luck with 4-wheeled vehicles :(
