I'm close enough for that too, but I want to have a pint or two on Saturday evening and don't want to abstain just to drive back home.

Anyway if you bring the puncture repair kit, I'll unpack 'Rachel' :P

WELL! 2dogs, it looks like you're going to make this happen. CHEERS from everyone.......Beers are on you :icb:
We needed 8 to get the "discount" [30 extra miles] and we now have 9 definite, thanks to you :o

Thought! mmm-five was from Mars, He'll be happy just chasing the SHEEP :?
Sod that!

I thought in this age of equality that it's about time the sheep chased me :x

These three scarpered quite quickly when I approached, must have recognised the car...although one does have a glint in its eye :P

Ok, who around here has blue paint on their hands? :o

Never go anywhere without my Latex

Be great to catch up with you Herminator, I still owe you a blue Peter Badge. Do you still have the M :poke:

Yup, not selling the M unless I see a perfect M coupe at a steal of a price. Although I keep thinking why bother, I just have to hope we get some more sun this year and a lot less hayfever.

LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NORTH WALES WEEKEND
Just to give you some idea of what you might expect during the weekend. I appreciate some of you who know North Wales will want to go off and do your own thing, but for others it may be a case of a first visit or would just like to drive in a group and get to know other members of the forum. So I will be doing a guided tour of North Wales on the Saturday & Sunday. As follows

Saturday 23rd March 2013. Meet in the lay by opposite Swallow Falls Hotel 9.30ish for 10am drive
Milage around 200 miles
Time 6/7 hrs But depending on the amount of photographs taken, we can cut short to suit, to check in at B&B around 5/6pm
EVENING MEAL 7/8pm
I can highly recommend the Royal Oak in the village and I could organise it, that we sit together if we would like?
MENUE http://www.stables-bistro.co.uk/pdf/stables-bar-menu.pdf

Sunday 24th March. Meet at the lay by opposite the Swallow Falls Hotel 9.30ish for 10am drive
Breakfast is served from 8am to 8.45am, for those stopping at Glenwood B&B
Milage around 130 miles to Bala Lake (coffee) then split but for anyone heading for M56 I shall be travelling on up the A494 through Ruthin and Mold (nice road) for M56 or If anyone interested we could do (Horse Shoe Pass)
Time 4/5 hrs

SO WOULD YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE JOINING THE DRIVE ON THE SATURDAY OR THE SUNDAY OR BOTH!
IF YOU WOULD LIKE MEAL ROYAL OAK ON THE SATURDAY EVENING
Thanks Mitchy

Slight change of plan for me as I'll come over Friday evening and stay 2 nights - driving on both Sat & Sun. Dinner required for Saturday evening.

Might have a friend who wants to come too - with his CSL - but I'll have to wait & see whether they want their own room or are happy to share, and whether they can get a weekend pass from the other half.

Ok put me down as a defiant. I will drive up Saturday so will only need a room for Saturday night. I don't mind sharing if some else wants too. Or I will have my own. Can I arrange to meet up with you when you have lunch. I don't fancy a really early start. It's going to take a while getting there from Oxford.

Machine Monkey says: I don't fancy a really early start. It's going to take a while getting there from Oxford.[/quote]

No longer than me and a few others and I know Herrminator lives in Darlington which is another 100 miles further than me.
Get yourself out of bed in the morning :poke:
Plus you have a fantastic drive from Oxford, up through mid Wales especially early in the morning no traffic :headbang:
