North Wales Trip 2016 - The whole 3 days

This is exactly the sort or trip I'd wanted to do - I may have to shamelessly pinch your route when I finally get round to doing it :P

Great photos chaps - making me green with envy!!

Brilliant photos of what looks like a great trip.

You all must have had plenty of brownie points in the bank for your partners to let you go!

As others have said cracking photos. You must have been unlucky on day two with the wet weather as everybody knows it only rains in Wales two days a year  .

Really enjoyed catching up on your travels guys. Some cracking photos, plus one of a particular corner on LLanberis Pass where I recall I had to drive the ///MR at the cliff in order to miss a stupid cow trying to drive a bus. crapped myself on that one. Good to see Ted is on his way. Has he carried on North?

Edit: Read the rest of the thread I see this was a dummy run.

Great pics! Drive those roads every year with my mates and The Crimea Pass (A470 north of Blaenau) is the one we always end up doing over and over again. :driving:

Day three now added - I'm done !
You could have made more of an effort
I couldnt - I came back absolutely shattered !
Anyway, We're still waiting to see what you acheived with your Kodak Brownie, 2Dogs.
I was looking forward to seeing your shots from the back of the line up...

Really interesting post, have ridden many of these roads listed by motorcycle, brings back "happy" memories! One road which might be worth building into your next trip is the B4520 (adjacent to Sennybridge Army Range) between Brecon and Builth Wells ... cracking roads, cracking views across mid Wales heading north, just watch out for suicidal sheep and lunatic bikers!
