North Wales road trip

Having seen some of the pictures posted in the gallery at the moment, i was wondering if anyone would be interested in a trip into North Wales with the Z's. Nothing too extreme, and for me certainly, nothing which is going to land me in jail or without i licence!!!!

We could maybe meet up on the outskirts of Chester, then go for a run out to Bala or Betws-y-coed, into Snowdonia, take in the Horseshoe pass for a coffee and bit to eat? There is also the 'EVO' triangle, as feature in many EVO magazine road tests. We could maybe try finding that route?

Anyway, i'm open to suggestions and possible dates for it, so is anyone interested???

Mmmmmmm - could well be interested - just depends when really 8) As it's a bit of a hike we'd need an overnighter but that wouldn't be a problem :D I also interested in doing Le Mans this year - getting withdrawl symptoms :D
 
well up for this, looked up the Evo route recently, although it seems they police it well, they even have an unmarked horsebox (trailer) which they stand in, with mobile lasers. So I'd love to try the routes, but at about 60mph. Having a procession of Zeds is probably the only way to make that exciting.
 
Id be interested in a run around wales just depends when as i work every other weekend be nice if it was in febuary for me when ive had the falkens fitted!
 
Always fancied some of the roads Evo rate so highly.

I'd be up for this depending on when. Based in South Manc so meeting in Chester would be good. Perhaps near the little chef just off the M56?

Would prefer to wait for the weather to pick up a bit before hooning around, but lets see how much interest there is. :thumbsup:

I was going to wait a couple of months and post the same thing.
I'm out of the country till April - then I'm well up for it!
 
We went up there for the weekend when we had the M3 demonstrator to test drive. Really is a fantastic place for a drive:

We were only given the car after we had paid a deposit. Before that it was the usual hour drive round London trying to find some nice quiet roads.

We wanted the car for a long drive to try out the DCT which we both ended up loving. We were given the car on Friday and didn't have to hand it back till Monday.

The dealer was a little surprised to get it back with over 800 miles driven and absolutely filthy!

Really was a fantastic weekend, the weather, car and scenery were absolutely fantastic.
