it seems the z4 is extremely popular in my neck of the woods, i have one, plus another guy on the same estate. i see another 3 on a regular basis so they live in the same town or close villages. i see another 3 every other day whilst on the way to work, just a couple of miles out of town, so thats 8 z4's in a ten mile radius. i think its the close proximity to wales that has something to do with it, as the road surfaces round here are awful. there are a few sections that have just been redone but where it joins old tarmac there is a 2 inch difference, which feels like 12 inches when you hit it at 60mph!

only time ive seen more is either at a meet or doing a long drag up the m6!

Try the other side of Birmingham from Solihull to Sutton Coldfield. Affluent area and way too many Zeds (and coupes) wherever you drive.

Having a dealership 2 miles away can't help either

coupes - zero, there was 1 parked in my town but it must have been someone passing through as i haven't seen it in the last 2 months.

nearest dealer is shrewsbury 25 miles away. but saying that bmw in general is very popular around here, but mainly 10 year old stuff like 3 and 5 series.
