I drive a Range Rover Sport too and we have forum meets..kinda imposing having 20 RRS in convoy! Especially most being black...

Really looking forward to Sunday.......maybe next time we could arrange a full Z4 meet and do the Ace Cafe in West London......

IMPORTANT

* The run will go ahead regardless of weather (hoping for dry of course)

* Please arrive at the meeting point as close to 6.45am as possible (I will be there with Mrs Peppermint from about 6.40am in Silver Grey Z4M with balck alloys).

* Hand outs detailing the route available on arrival from Mrs Peppermint (hopefully you will not need it, simply follow the car in front & make sure car behind sees where you go - That works surprisingly well)

* Briefing at 6.55am, highlighting protocol to help keep us all together, and reminder of driving etiquette, road safety & speed responsibility

* Departing at 7.00am sharp - Sorry we cannot wait for anyone running late so do arrive with time to spare if you are travelling some distance.

* Congregate in the car park next to the Tesco petrol station (see my first post in this thread)

* The Tesco petrol station will be open, and it sells Super-Unleaded

* There are no toilet facilities at the meeting point - We do have a comfort break 45miles into the run at a petrol station (there is a pub opposite which will have to serve as an overflow car park, due to there being so many of us - double parking will be required - please park carefully, we had a small bump last time!)

* You can leave the run at anytime, but if you can make it to Fleet Services for breakfast there is a good selection of different foods available and of course coffee :D We can all park together in the far side of the car park, to the left of the services building as you enter... A good photo opportunity and chance to check out each others cars :)

* Free to leave in your own time after breakfast

* Please keep details of the route off-line, even after the run as there will be others before the year is out :thumbsup:

Am going to have to dip out of this amazing looking run,I've been borrowing a Range Rover as a tow car for a few days and the owner was ok to have it back tomorrow evening.He now needs it urgently tomorrow 1st thing,and I am using it tonight ,so I have to be heading over to Stow on the Wold at the time you guys are belting round Hampshire.Gutted........See you all on the next run. :driving:

Run was a great success... Fantastic mix of cars, awesome roads, and great people :)

Thanks to those who came... Nice to meet some of you from here, Z4's gave a good account of themselves (damn these things are good in the corners!) :D

One or two more runs planned for this year (details again will be posted on here & PH nearer the time) - Hope more of you will be able to make it from here.

It was great to see so many Z's on the run and good to see them pushing on aswell as they did. Met some great people and really enjoyed the morning. 21 mpg not the best but as never went over the national speed limit it was to be expected.

See you all on the next one!!
 
Thanks Mr & Mrs P for organising, enjoyed the run and the people.The guy in the Cayman S wasn't impressed with my 'Driving Miss Daisy' efforts, it's lucky we stopped shortly afterwards, I could feel my blood rising!
