Hello,

Have just put a deposit down on a 2006 Z4 3.0 Si Sport Coupe auto with Paddleshift, 60k miles FSH. Cant wait to pick it up but have to wait for the private reg to come back to me from my part ex car so as to not risk losing it.

I've had a test drive in it but am looking forward to getting it on my own and giving it a good blast. hopefully picking it up in a week or so.

Until then, here's some pics...

Lovely clean looking Zed - will be along few days. . .

Welcome to the Forum.

:driving:

Cheers, its killing me waiting.

Its very clean, only blemishes are it looks like the previous owner had jewellery on their wrist and have left little pits in the aluminium centre console trim. I may replace that at some point if I find I cant live with it!

Waiting to pick up a new Zed. :tumbleweed:

Picking up a new Zed and driving it home. :D 8) :driving:

But you could always fill those few days by ordering your 'stubby,' so car and aerial arrive together...

Welcome to the forum. :D

I may well celebrate with a stubby beer when it arrives...Oh you mean the aerial.....

I'll crack on and order one now!, maybe the forum could give Stubby aerials out as a joining gift for new members? :-)

Great ideal.. but I'm sure there would then have to be a membership fee to cover it !!
I think it's just currently part of the initiation duties :?

Welcome - your car looks great !!!!!!! My favourite colour too!

Yeh ditch the fishing rod - will immediately look even better

I know what you mean, I always said I wouldn't ever have a red interior but it just works so well with the silver exterior!

Oh, and good find? I had a 356 mile round trip to view it, from Devon to Reading. Shame I had to come away without it, even more of a shame that I have to do the journey all again to pick it up! (Although the drive home should be enjoyable!)

Hi Liam, I'm in Watermouth, between Combe Martin & Ilfracombe. So not too far away,
I thought everyone in South Molton drove LR Defenders?!

I imagine it will be a few weeks til I get the car then I'll have to get used to it but I may well give it a blast down to Mole Valley one day!

I have bought myself a little gift to tide me over until the car arrives....

Saw it on ebay and Couldn't help myself!

I hope the cars more reliable than the watch! I've had to take it to the watch shop twice already! Keeping perfect time now though :-)

Finally picked up the Z4 today!

Love it! I knew it would be fast, but I wasn't expecting it to be so fast. I also wasn't ready for the way it brutally delivers the power!

I'll have more time to get to know it and play with the toys tomorrow.

I have ordered the replacement tyres (Falken 453's) as the run flats are making it tram line. Will also have the tracking done to make sure they are sitting properly.

All in all, I wish I had bought a Z4 years ago!
