Evening all.

I currently have 19 inch M Sport double spoke 326 Alloys with run flats on.

Does anyone know 100% sure (no guessing or "I think", "I've heard" etc :headbang: ), can I fit normal tyres to these alloys?

Thanks for your help. :D

Regards,

Andy.

If you had looked a good few posts down on this section you would have found the answer. Or even a search.

You do realise that the wheels are not specifically designed for run flat tyres? BMW have actually started offering on certain models run flat or non run flat options and ///M cars no longer come with run flats are are sold with Mitchellen PPS.

BMW years ago did metric wheels for which you could only fit specific tyres on but those days are gone.

Sure can - no guesses, deffinately

PS

You need to learn how to use the search function in this forum... Loads of info re replacing RFT with 'normal' tyres available in here

Yes apologies. Still new to this forum and searching doesn't always bring up what you are looking for. :(

Or, people say yes when they actually mean "I think".

Stilll learning here. Please bear with me.

Definitely, unequivocally, YES! :D

We've been running non-RFTs on our e89 for almost four years, no issues.

Yes. My dealer swapped mine for non run flats about a month ago. Confirmed it doesn't impact the warranty as well.

Results: Better grip, quieter, better ride.
