Norfolk Cars N Coffee 22/5/22

I'm confused now chaps.
Is there a meet on Sunday 26th?
If so where?
Are we meeting up?
Ed and his Dad definitely want to join in so I need to let them know.

Ok Iโ€™ll take the reins!

Sunday 26th June C & C in Briston :D

For those up for it, meet at Thickthorn MCDs 8.30am for a prompt 8.45am depart.

The meet starts at 9.30am so we should get there just in time to park in the car park and not in a field

Bacon Rolls wonโ€™t be sold out either

Cheers Brian
I'll bring the 'Carrot' (VO E89) and Ed will be in his chauffeur driven E85.

Gentle poke in the ribs ๐Ÿ‘Š

See you guys at 8.30am ๐Ÿ‘

ps Iโ€™ll have my Stormwerks gear knob & hand brake lever with me if anyone fancies swapping them over ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž

See you there by 8.30 then.
Not sure how the handbrake comes off tbh, but the knob is a good old yank straight up so should be ok.

OK, seems it just pulls off as well, though my need a tap with a hammer.
Need to remove the surround and snip the tie-wrap that holds the leather to the handle, then persuade it to slide forward and off.
I'll bring various tools, trim removal stuff, tie-wraps, snips etc.
Does the replacement one have a groove to tie-wrap the leather back in to?

So Brian, how many do we have tomorrow?
You, Ed (+1) in his Sterling 2.5i, me in the VO E89...................

That was a fun run out this morning. Good to see Stevo back up and running too.
Ed was able to show off his new Zed and I think it met with approval. In fact he spooted that another Z4, separate from our little group, was in need of heated seats! Think he has the bug.
Bit concerned that [ref]jock156[/ref] offered me four bottles of Ghostship if I'd yank his knob in the middle of a pub car park, but I have to say the Stormwerks replacement did look good. :D
Look forward to the next meet up.
Thanks for sorting us all out again Brian.

Canโ€™t believe it came off so easily :)

Many thanks for sorting both bits out, much appreciated

We got there about an hour earlier than last time and still ended up in the field at the back

Next time weโ€™ll meet up on the Saturday night ๐Ÿ˜‰

Gutted that you, Ed and his Dad got the last 3 bacon rolls ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Already looking forward to the next one! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
