Bloody window dropped last night , about half way down, tried to re seat the thing ,went up but that was that ,dropped again, pushed to the top to seal against the elements but that was all I got.#Did a search looks like its the local dealers again,Just had the drains holes done by them as i didnt have the time so that was a £60 job, looks like more bucks on the way :(

Small fish, just wAit until your ABS pump goes, even more fun with the sub standard build quality. Hope it's sorted soon. Oh, did I mention springs and roof motor?

Now then Geezah - that's a nasty list. Sorry to hear you've been landed with all that cost and hassle.

Hope to see you next season an another run - better luck with the Zed before then! :o

Hi Paul. No worries. Thanks for that but so far it's just the ABS and coils, and did I mention the foglights? ECU Testing have repaired the ABS pump for £195 plus postage. Once fitted will post the outcome for fellow sufferers! Fingers crossed.

In 30 years of driving various sheds, never had an ABS pump go, hence my dismay at 65k miles and 6 years old, but the Zed is not really German is it. Come to think of it neither were my other cars. But, call a spade a spade (or shovel) it's the most fun I've had on four wheels. Hopefully meet up at the next hoon!

It's good to hear from you and that you're still getting the best out of your Zed - magic!

Having the pump repaired sounds like a sensible idea - have heard horrendous figures for having that sorted at dealerships.

I was pleased to have my foglights replaced as part of my original deal to buy my Zed - lucky with that - I asked and they kindly did!

See you soon then
