Morning all!

Thought I'd better say hello as I've been nosing around for the last couple of days!

Just recently sold my E46 M3 convertible as needed something with a bit better MPG and wanted something with less seats... also the missus nagging me that I need to start saving for a house deposit!!

Now on the look out for a 3.0 Z4 roadster. Have seen a few nice examples for sale, so there seems to be plenty of choice around. Some lovely lookers on here too!

I've seen a couple for sale that take my fancy. But I've a couple of questions....

- Is the sat-nav and bluetooth a rare option?
- what are the standard tyre sizes on the 18" rims? (I've seen a nice looking black Z4 with 19" BBS LM reps, but the guy is claiming he has 225/35/19 tyres all round!)

Seems like you bunch are just as friendly/nutty as the lot on the M3 forum, so it should be fun here!!

sat-nav and bluetooth definitely not rare... I'd hazard a guess that there's a 60/40 split on here with those that have it/don't have it respectively.
erm, I can never remember standard tyre sizes... 225/40 R18 front 255/35 R18 rear, I think :?

Correct on the tyre sizes for 18s, but I think I'm right in saying the standard wheel size on a 3.0i is 17"? But most folk specced 18s from new or upgraded since.

Sat nav is a personal thing - I don't miss not having it as I almost always know where I'm going LOL and if I don't I use my TomTom. IMO not worth any extra on the secondhand market but others won't be of the same opinion. Bluetooth would be nice though.

bluetooth is great... both of which can be retrofitted :thumbsup:

standard tyres sizes for 18" are:

225/40 R 18 Fronts
255/35 R 18 Rears
