Hi and welcome - E85 good choice

If insurance is not a limiting factor go for the 3.0si where the running cost are about the same as the 2.5 and to make your roadster an all year round drop top look for one with electric heated Msport seats - they can be retrofitted but are an expensive item (far cheaper bought with the car). Enjoy your car hunt.
