Non Run Flats

So I've taken the plunge and ordered 4 x Goodyear Asymmetric 3's fully fitted for £340, quite a good price i think.

I have full AA recovery, but wondering what else people have in their cars in case of a flat tyre situation?

Cheers

Mini compressor and a can of tyre weld. For long distance I also carry a pack of these... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tubeless-Tyre-Puncture-Repair-Kit-With-Tools-5-Black-Strings/141625194459?epid=1488694284&hash=item20f984f7db:g:hLEAAOSwA3dYh7O-

...I've used them to repair about 5 tyres over the years. Always been perfect.

+1 on these, I've used for years and carry a kit in each of my vehicles, along with a CO2 inflator, can repair a flat and punctured tyre at the roadside in a couple of minutes and be on your way. Although these are labelled as "temporary" repairs, I've never had one fail and they can easily last for the remaining life of a tyre, although on the Zed, I'd probably get it "properly" repaired at a convenient time, when I used to rent out taxis, the drivers wouldn't bother and would carry on using the tyre with no ill effects.

These are the CO2 inflators I use; https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/16g-Threaded-CO2-Tyre-Inflator-2-in-1-Presta-Schrader-CO2-Gas-Bike-Pump-Tube/122269411404?epid=1841967657&hash=item1c77d3284c:m:mySedOloPRWljIDy9IZEdTg

A car tyre needs about 3 canisters to get it upto 30+psi, but I buy refil packs of 20 odd, they have no shelf life.

I use CO2 inflators on my mountain bike - they are great. For the car I would purchase a tyre pressure gauge to compliment... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/142204793755
