Non-run flat tyre pressure

I’ve just taken the plunge and swapped my run flats to non run flats on my e89. I’ve gone for Michelin Pilot Sport 4. I have front 225/40/18 and rear 255/35/18.
Tyre pressures on Michelin website recommend F 35psi, R 42psi.

I’ve read so many other posts about tyre pressures, is anyone else running these tyres on same set up and, if so, what psi do you run on?

I have 18" rims too and when I changed to normal tyres the tyre shop advised me to use the same pressures as with the runflats. The car drives fine and in 2 years there is no uneven thread wear across the width of the tyres.

My garage also said the same. So many different opinions on the pressures. Very helpful to hear no uneven wear - thanks!

I have 19J and PS4S with OEM ratio. 34 psi and 38 psi. Grip, grip, grip.

I think you’ll find you probably have 19 inch wheels and your J size will be around 8 to 10 :rofl:
