Non run flat pressure

Evening folks,

Looking for a bit of help. I am switching from RFT to Non RFT on Wednesday and I am wondering what pressures to run.

Will be fitting Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3's 225/45/17 all round to my E89 and it's my daily driver. Have had a look around and can't seem to spot anything matching what I would need. Currently with the RFT I run 34 front and 38 rear.

Any thoughts on what I should be running will be much appreciated.

Running a square set up of 4 the same id expect 34psi all round would be a fair place to start off
You could play around a little to 34F 36R or 33 36 34 38 but all depends what you want to achieve ?
 
It is my daily driver, commute is a mixture of town and dual carriageway but with a spirited drive for fun at the weekends. With that, looking for a stable setup really so will most likely be a bit of a compromise on both fronts.

Sorry I can't be more descriptive, very new to even how changing tire pressures will alter the characteristics of the car along with moving away from rft
 
i'm at 34 psi front & 36 psi back, on NON RTF Michelin Pilot Sport 4. thinking of getting them to 36/38 but didn't find the time to do so yet
 
Hi I just switched from run flats to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 all round, I've been advised 34 front, 37 rear- even after just a few miles the car feels more in touch with the road, less bouncy and not as painful to drive lol!
 
in the end it's (partly) a matter of preference, when you feel good with 2 or 3 PSI higher or lower then that's just good.

around 35 psi (F/R) is always a good starting point (in the ballpark) but you can always (& Safely) play a bit with the presures to see if your car feels better.
 
Thanks for the input folks :thumbsup:. Garage put them at 36 all round, just getting used to the drive being quieter and a bit softer. Car is in having a broken spring replaced today so will give it a bit of time before playing, let the tires scrub in a bit
