Non OEM Track rod & Tie rod arms

I need to buy track rod & tie rod arms for my zed as the current one's are seized solid. I have seen these on ebay and have a 2 year guarantee

Has anyone any experience of these or any other non-OEM track/tie rods in terms of quality?
 
Alot of garages i have approached regarding this when i was looking to refresh the front bushes on mine said only use OEM and that aftermarket didn't last as long and were more hassle than they are worth!

It turned out int he end mine didnt need replacing and were in good working order so i didnt bother in the end.
