Hi Guys

I know its non beemer content so sorry in advance  , the old skool user will remember me peppering the gallery with pics

I had the S go in for a few bits that included a 3 stage mop, and full paint correction and a few other bits of which included decals being fitted I know they split opinion but am delighted with the results and really pleased how it complements the car :D , as ever the pictures do not do it justice , but you get the idea hope you guys enjoy :)

Was going to have the C4S rear badge done in black and red(s) , but decided against it and going to fit a subtle black 911 rear badge instead.

Stage 2 is matching red mirrors and interior to be done, in gloss black. Plus a calliper refurbishment  , then she will be complete

Enjoy Chaps

very nice

I love the side view, the front view, the rear view - But the decal's? they date the car, maybe they would look nicer if they were a lighter shade of black?

Either way... jealous

looks good

Although wouldnt have gone with the GT3 decal and would have left the rear badge

Have they done it right? are the chequers supposed to go onto the rear wing?

should look like this:

Hi Guys

There not gt3 decals, but a cheque design similar to it, so ordered this design specifically.

The actual 911 I took the inspiration from if you like is a 997.2 Asian Cup Limited edition. Only found in black, red or white , so rare only ever made 75 of them. So am using this loosely as the focus to the design, I kinda like extremes hence last porker was bright orange!

Very nice, and the red decals set the car off nicely. Interested to see how the mirrors look when done. At the moment it actually looks quite subtle

Thanks Stu, this is the issue I bottled it when it went into the shop as I was not sure so decided against it as if I did not like the decals could be removed quite easy ..Where the mirror would be sprayed and a tad harder to reverse ....

I did a rubbish paint attempt to get an idea... but it was not a great attempt I may have to get some help from a photoshop wizard

P.s drove past your m yesterday looks lovely!!! if not a little dirty! :poke:

Yes. If you hadn't noticed when looking at the houses, there's a quarry a little further down the lane. When they cut stone, dust gets everywhere.

For obvious reasons you can't just brush it off and if it gets damp it sticks resulting in me needing to get the snowfoam lance out. Too flippin cold plus busy clearing the spare room out
