I just bought one from eBay, and all the Bluetooth steering controls now work as they should.

Nokia 6300 on my 07 plate. Not sure if the 58 is different.

Ah, just remembered.
The whole holder is also removable, and it'll have the model of the phone underneath (press a button to remove)

funny thing is, iv got the m sport pen and square torch still in place lol

the compartment case appears to house a completely different phone to yours???? and theres no marking on the reverse to say whats its for.

i will get a pic tomorrow when back home

Look up the carrier model number and it will tell you what phone it is for.

There is no standard, I had 3 different phones in mine from the Blackberry to a couple of Nokias. I still have a couple of cradles here if you need it for a different phone.
